The Foundations of Hawai‘i Pacific Health developed a new philanthropic concierge program, the Koa Society, as a way to show their appreciation to community supporters who are the most generous donors to their network of medical centers. The final piece had to appeal to a high-end audience interested in an exceptional health care experience, look exclusive and be inviting. They wanted it to be unique, modern and capture the importance of the program.
Design Solution: Our company was hired to help The Foundations of Hawai‘i Pacific Health concept a name, the story behind the concept and develop a logo mark for the Koa Society. Once this initial phase was complete, their in-house design team would take over and propagate the remaining collateral. Once our part was complete, it was so well received that we were hired to establish all the marketing materials for the program. Koa is a hard wood endemic to Hawai‘i, treasured for itʻs natural beauty and strength. We utilized koa wood on the cover, throughout the brochure and membership cards, showcasing the Hawaiian culture and distinction of the Koa Society. The images were selected to reflect the exceptional health care experience provided to all patients and personal connections made through these experiences.
